A client requested a smaller Manchurian knot brush. This brush has a plastic tortoiseshell handle. The small size makes it great for travel. I believe the knot will outlast the handle (3-4 years of daily use), but it will be easy to transplant it.       

 

This plastic tortoiseshell handle has a 22mm Premium Manchurian Badger Knot. The artisans set the loft at 51mm. The effective loft is 41-43mm from the glue bump. The total weight is 55 grams for the brush.
